Mark R. Kaiser, M.D.

Mark R. Kaiser, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist and a graduate the University Of Miami School Of Medicine. He completed both his internship and residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Kaiser also completed a research fellowship at the Department of Dermatology Oxford University School of Medicine, Oxford England...

In 1993, Dr. Kaiser entered into private practice in the Treasure Coast area of Florida. Dr. Kaiser is recognized as a “Top Doctor” in Dermatology by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd. Castle Connolly top doctors are nominated, reviewed and screened by their peers. He serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Florida State University College of Medicine and a Voluntary Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University Of Miami Miller School Of Medicine. Dr. Kaiser is a member of the medical staff at Martin Health Systems and St. Lucie Medical Center.

Dr. Kaiser is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Mohs Surgery and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. He is also a member of the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery where he has held numerous leadership roles including president..

Dr. Kaiser is fluent in both Spanish and German.

Ayla T. Messier, APRN, FNP-BC

Ayla Messier, APRN is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Dermatology Nurses Association, and the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. Ayla received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2014 from Indian River State College. In 2020, she received her Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. While at FAU she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. This advanced training allows Ayla to assess, diagnose, and treat conditions with prescription medications or perform procedures.

Ayla started in Dermatology in 2010 as a MOHS technician before attending nursing school. After graduating she went on to gain critical care experience by working in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Units at Martin Health Systems. Ayla joined Kaiser Dermatology in 2021, specializing in general and surgical Dermatology along with offering Photodynamic Dynamic Therapy treatments. Ayla’s advanced training allows her to perform many advanced dermatological procedures. Ayla has appointments available in our Stuart and Port Saint Lucie offices.

Ayla and her husband are both native to FL enjoy spending time outside boating and scuba diving.
